Tell us one thing you failed to do before the launching of your business.
I wish I knew how important a business plan and market analysis were. For me, when I conceived my business idea, I believed that was all I needed.
I was so eager that I forgot the need to do a business plan and market survey. I failed to test the feasibility of my plans.
How did this affect your business?
Not having a concrete business plan and market analysis had a negative telling on my business. When I launched, the first few weeks was not with much troubles, but as time went by, the troubles began.
I began to respond to things as they happened because I didn’t prepare for them. And when I could not keep up with these, I felt the consequences on my business.
If I have done this feasibility plan, I believe I would have had a better chance with my business.
What other things did you think affected your business that you could have corrected before launching?

All these and many more contributed largely to the success of my business at that time. Not knowing them affected my business negatively. But I was able to pick up and boost my business.
